Haruka Osawa

Haruka Osawa joined BEENOS in 2022 as an External Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member). She was admitted to Daini Tokyo Bar Association in October 2005. She joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in October 2005 and later moved to ITOCHU Corporation in February 2010. She joined Renesas Electronics Corporation as General Counsel in June 2016. She then joined Miura & Partners in January 2019 where she concurrently holds a position there as a Partner. She also currently serves as a Statutory Auditor in ALBERT Inc. She uses her wealth of experience as a lawyer and at trading companies to provide useful advice and recommendations on legal matters and contributes to the appropriate supervision of their management.
