Farhan Hidayat

Farhan Hidayat is a Human Capital professional with extensive experience in various roles related to human resources and training. Currently serving at PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk since September 2024, Farhan previously completed a Human Capital Management Trainee program at Triputra Group, which included in-class training on management systems and problem-solving techniques. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at PT. Natura Alam Adventure, where over 5000 candidates were recruited, and facilitating training programs for banking employees and educational staff. Farhan also held leadership roles in student organizations at Universitas Padjadjaran, where significant contributions were made in developing training systems and enhancing organizational culture. Farhan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran.
