Liam McTear

Liam McTear is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and revenue growth management. Currently serving as the Commercial Finance Director for Europe and North America at Beiersdorf since August 2014, Liam leads Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, and Shopper Marketing for the UK, ROI, and Nordics. Previously, Liam held various roles within Beiersdorf, including Head of Commercial Finance for the UK & ROI and Head of FP&A and Supply Chain Controlling for Northern Europe. Prior to joining Beiersdorf, Liam worked at TBG Learning and L'Oréal, accumulating a solid background in finance as a Senior Finance Manager and Accountant, respectively, and also held roles in accounting and financial analysis at multiple organizations earlier in the career.
