Carlo Rigliaco

Carlo Rigliaco has extensive experience in maintenance and management within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Beko Europe since April 2024, Carlo previously held the position of Site Maintenance Manager at Whirlpool Corporation from November 2023 to April 2024, overseeing the maintenance of refrigerator, oven, and microwave factories. Carlo's tenure at Whirlpool EMEA Europe from March 2016 to November 2023 included roles as Value Stream Manager and Group Leader, focusing on KPI management and manufacturing processes for major appliance brands. Before that, Carlo worked at Indesit Company from January 2011 to March 2016 as Shop Manager, overseeing technical and managerial responsibilities for multiple departments, and held various technical and leadership positions at Indesit since 1998. Carlo holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, completed in 1994.
