Chris Woollard has over 20 years of experience in customer service management across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the CS EMEA Contact Centre Senior Manager at Beko Europe since July 2022, Chris previously held the position of Customer Service Manager for UK & ROI at BEKO PLC from November 2017 to July 2022. Prior to this, Chris worked at Whirlpool Corporation as Call Centre Manager for UK & ROI from July 2003 to October 2017, with significant experience at Indesit Company, a leading manufacturer in domestic appliances. Education was completed at The Boswells School between 1998 and 2003.
