Gaël Duyck

Gaël Duyck currently serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Bel since November 2022, following a role as Partner and COO at PeersGroup from December 2020 to November 2022. Prior to this, Gaël spent over 13 years at PwC France, where various leadership positions included Partner and B.U. Leader focusing on transformation, performance improvement, and cost optimization. Previous experience includes Director of Procurement at Groupe Rocher and Global Buyer at SAP BusinessObjects, with a strong emphasis on procurement strategies and cost-saving measures. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Purchasing, Procurement, and Contracts Management from KEDGE Business School and additional studies at London Business School and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
