Ted Baier

Ted Baier is an experienced director with a robust background in technology operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director and Team Lead for Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and Biomedical Engineering at Bellin Health since March 2012, Ted previously held director-level positions at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance and American Express, managing technology operations and overseeing large teams. At Ameriprise, Ted was responsible for comprehensive technology operations, including budget management and staff development, while managing a team of 30 professionals. Earlier in Ted's career, the role of Manager for Store Systems at ShopKo involved overseeing application development for in-store systems. Ted holds a B.A. in Business from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College.
