Phillip Russo

Phillip Russo has extensive experience in operations and process integration, currently serving as Business Process and Integration Coordinator and Industrial Products Manager at Belt Power, LLC since May 2005. In this role, Phillip oversees hose assembly and manages a water jet CNC machine, utilizing skills in CAD/CAM, parts design, and production. Prior to this, Phillip was a Water Jet Programmer at ADR, Hydrocut from May 2003 to May 2005, specializing in CAD/CAM and parts design for abrasive water jets. Phillip holds a Master's degree in Technology Education and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Education from North Carolina State University.
