Cyrille Ragoucy

Cyrille Ragoucy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the flooring, manufacturing, and construction industries. Currently serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Belysse since September 2022, Cyrille oversees a team of 1,300 experts across Europe and the USA, managing brands such as itc, modulyss, arc edition, and Bentley. Prior to Belysse, Cyrille held the positions of CEO and Chairman at Balta Group, where the company achieved a pro forma revenue of €670 million. Additional leadership roles include Non-Executive Chairman at CHRYSO, Non-Executive Director at SIG plc, and CEO at Tarmac and Lafarge-Tarmac. Cyrille has also served as Group SVP Health & Safety at Lafarge SA and held executive roles in Lafarge Shui On Cement and Lafarge North America. Cyrille's educational background includes studies at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1978 to 1981.
