Dave Kurtz

Dave Kurtz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. Currently serving as Managing Director at KMS Capital Group, LLC since 2006, Dave oversees all investment and tax/legal strategies for the family office. Additionally, Dave is a member of the IT Investment Advisory Committee at Ben Franklin Technology Partners, actively evaluating local technology start-ups for funding opportunities. As an angel investor with Robin Hood Ventures and a member of the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group II, Dave has made over 25 investments and achieved multiple successful exits, focusing on B2B SaaS platform companies across various sectors. Previous roles include founding Management Recruiters of Plymouth Meeting, serving as a partner at FNX Limited, and holding positions at US Airways and Continental Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Penn State University and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
