Jane Tu

Jane Tu is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in technical and global recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Head of Technical Recruiting at Benchling since February 2022, Jane leads hiring efforts in the biotechnology sector. Previously, Jane held the position of Global Recruiting Manager at Google from May 2016 to February 2022, focusing on global hiring for Google Assistant and Product Management. Earlier roles include Recruiting Lead at MZ, where Jane specialized in game design, live operations, and data science recruitment, and Technical Recruiter for Google Fiber, responsible for sourcing talent for various technical positions. Jane's career began as a Senior Recruiting Manager in University Recruiting at Oracle and as a Paralegal at Andersen & Zimmer. Jane holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, earned in 2009.
