Lily Helfrich

Lily Helfrich is an experienced product manager currently leading product development for the Molecular Biology application at Benchling since September 2018. At Benchling, notable contributions include pioneering a 0-1 effort to support plate-based workflows and previously serving as the first marketing lead, focusing on expanding the company's presence in academic and emerging markets. Prior experience includes curriculum design at IXL Learning, developing educational materials to enhance student learning outcomes, and research roles at Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Northwestern University, where significant projects included studying choanoflagellates and characterizing megakaryocyte differentiation.
