Tracy Granda

Tracy Granda serves as the VP of the Program Management Office and Operations Strategy at Benchmark since April 2022, previously holding roles such as Sr. Director of Program Management at Flex and General Manager at Benchmark Electronics. Tracy's extensive experience encompasses leadership positions in global program management, operations strategy, and customer engagement, managing major strategic accounts and overseeing significant operational enhancements. Noteworthy contributions include driving M&A integration processes and establishing a greenfield manufacturing location. Tracy's academic credentials include a Master’s in International Management from Portland State University, achieving honors and Beta Gamma Sigma recognition, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
