Todd O’Neal

Reverend O’Neal has dedicated his life to enhancing the lives of youth and adults through music. He has worked extensively with the Department of Correction, training and encouraging inmates. Rev. O’Neal has enthusiastically supported Benchmark and its mission for many years.
