Ruaa Alsaleh

Ruaa Alsaleh, SPHRi, serves as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources Industry at UiPath since April 2022, specializing in HR strategies and solutions for business and sales expansion. Previously, Ruaa held the position of Human Resources Industry Director at SABIC from November 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included driving talent strategies and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Earlier experience includes roles as Head of People at 3 Men Movers, HR Generalist at Global Custom Commerce/Blinds.com, and Senior Human Resources Specialist at National Care EMS. Ruaa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston.
