Kelly Bohlman

Kelly Bohlman possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having held key positions at TDS Telecommunications LLC since February 1997, including Director of Network Construction, Manager of Technology Integration, and Project Manager. In the role of Director, Kelly oversees outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) construction, focusing on wireline and cable markets, while ensuring compliance with various broadband programs. Previously, as Manager of Technology Integration, Kelly led a team responsible for evaluating and implementing network architectures to enhance operational readiness for service technologies. Prior experience includes a role as Employment Coordinator at Bedford Fair from 1993 to 1997. Kelly Bohlman holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a BBA in Human Resources from the Lubar College of Business.
