Liz Smeaton

Liz Smeaton serves as the Transformation Change Program Lead at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank since November 2023, focusing on the home loan operating model, technology, and cultural change for third-party banking. Prior to this role, Liz was the Global Director of M&A Change and People Integration at FNZ Group, overseeing M&A and outsourcing integrations and aligning people experiences with FNZ culture. Liz's previous positions include leading global M&A for FNZ Group, managing a change consultancy, and executing change management initiatives for organizations such as AIA, Medibank, and National Australia Bank. Liz holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, a Master’s in Organisational Communication, and a BA Honours in Communication from the University of Canberra.
