Chad Bralick

Chad Bralick, MBA/HCM, LSSBB, currently serves as the Director of Operational Improvement at Benefis Health System, a role Chad has held since April 2018, following positions as Manager of Benefis Outpatient Clinics and Organizational Development Specialist. Prior to this, Bralick worked at Sanofi from September 2005 to February 2018, where responsibilities included marketing and promotion of diabetes and cardiovascular products across Western Montana, as well as holding various sales roles focusing on multiple therapeutic areas. Academically, Bralick obtained a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University's Heider College of Business, and also holds a Master of Arts in Biomedical Ethics from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, Biology, and Chemistry from Carroll College.
