Damien Marmion

Damien Marmion possesses extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Management Oversight Committee for the Medical Protection Society since May 2022. Additionally, Damien holds roles as a Non Executive Board Member at Benenden Hospital and a Non Executive Director at Benenden Health. Since March 2017, Damien has been a Director at Augment Healthcare, providing strategic advice to digital health technology companies. Previous leadership positions include Non Executive Chairman at Changing Health, Chief Executive of Global Health at AXA, and Managing Director for both Bupa UK Insurance and Bupa Singapore. Damien's career began with the successful startup of Max Bupa Health Insurance in India.
