Jan Vandenkerckhove

Jan Vandenkerckhove is an experienced QA Specialist at BENEO since April 2014, focusing on auditing, organic certification (EU + NOP-USDA), and Halal and Kosher certification. Prior to this role, Jan Vandenkerckhove worked at Kemin Industries from January 1995 to November 2013, holding various positions including Scientist, QC Manager, and Senior Microbiologist. Responsibilities included product development, quality assurance/quality control, and managing a QC section, with a focus on microbiology, fermentation technology, and food safety. Jan Vandenkerckhove holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biochemistry from HOGENT, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
