Laura Swennen is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Manager Learning at BENEO since November 2018, where responsibilities include implementing a multilingual learning management system, project management, and providing training advice. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Consultant for The Learning Hub, focusing on LMS implementations and L&D consultancy, as well as support and training for various learning platforms. Laura's background also encompasses HR student guidance, consulting projects, and administrative tasks across different industries, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Antwerp Management School.
