Henrik Prohaszka

Henrik Prohaszka is a seasoned professional in the construction and consulting industries, currently serving as a Risk Consultant at Bengt Dahlgren since August 2024. Prior to this role, Henrik worked as a Workplace Advisor for Byggföretagen from April 2020 to August 2024 and owned Byggfotografen while serving as a Contract Photographer from June 2016 to April 2020. With a focus on Lean management and production leadership at NCC from June 2011 to June 2016, Henrik introduced the Five S methodology to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles include Foreman at Skanska Sverige AB and Quality Manager at Kran och Pålnings AB, alongside educational achievements from the University of Gothenburg and Studium.
