Sherian Nolan

Sherian Nolan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and distribution environments. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Benjamin Moore since July 2012, Sherian has held various leadership roles, including Regional Strategic Business Partner, focusing on continuous improvement and lean principles across multiple centers in the US. Previous experience includes Northeast Regional Manager of Human Resources at SCA Americas, overseeing HR functions for three manufacturing facilities, and Manager of Human Resources and Safety at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, where Sherian supported leadership development initiatives. Earlier roles include Director of Training and Organizational Development at Latham International and Supervisor of Employment Operations at Aon Consulting, managing HR operations for several clients. Sherian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from The College of Saint Rose and further education from Villanova University.
