Avinash Kerketta

Avinash Kerketta is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Avinash held the position of Human Resources Manager at Tata Metaliks from April 2018, and also served as an Assistant Manager at the same company. Avinash began a career in human resources as an HR Intern at Tata Motors in 2017, specializing in employee relations. Educationally, Avinash earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service between 2016 and 2018, and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Technology and Engineering in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, completed in 2015.
