Brian Mielke

Brian Mielke, P.E. is an experienced structural engineer and project manager with a proven track record across multiple sectors. Currently serving as an Associate and Project Engineer at Bennett & Pless, Inc. since January 2021, Brian has previously worked as a Structural Engineer at LHC Structural Engineers, where projects included a new elementary school and upgrades for a pharmaceutical company. Prior to this, Brian was a Project Engineer at Thornton Tomasetti, focusing on the analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures for high-profile projects, and served as a Project Manager at Freyssinet, overseeing repair and strengthening projects ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million. Brian holds both a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
