Vanessa Maia

Vanessa Maia is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Specialist (Payroll and Benefits) at BENTELER Group since September 2021, providing support to local HR teams in Brazil and managing various payroll processes. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst at the same company, overseeing payroll calculations and assisting with the implementation of E-Social. Prior to BENTELER, Vanessa worked at SEW-EURODRIVE as a Junior HR Analyst, where responsibilities included managing E-Social events.
