Per Sorensen is an accomplished investment banking professional with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bentley Associates since January 2012, Sorensen specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placements, Corporate Advisory, and Fund Raising for Funds. As the Founder and Managing Director of Vistech Corporation since 1993, Sorensen directs the development of international market and joint venture opportunities for clients across the Americas and Europe. Previously, Sorensen held pivotal roles such as Director of Strategy at Combustion Engineering/ABB, where strategic directions for a $3 billion firm were shaped, and Senior Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, contributing to the initiation of multiple revenue-generating businesses.
