Steven C. Millner

Steven is a managing principal and co-founder of Gen II Fund Services, LLC, the largest independent private equity fund administrator based in the U.S. Since opening its doors in 2009, Gen II has expanded to administer over $250 billion of private capital. Before launching Gen II, Steven served as the managing director and co-president of BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. Steven previously co-founded DML Fund Services, a leading administrator of alternative assets and DMLT, Inc., the creator of Investment Café, the leading private equity LP Reporting Portal that was acquired by eFront. He is a recognized authority in the field of private equity fund administration with over 30 years of experience. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley and is a certified public accountant (inactive). He was appointed to the board of trustees in 2019.
