Kremena Fletcher

Kremena Fletcher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and business analysis. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for the Americas at Bentley Systems since January 2008, Kremena has held multiple roles including Finance Business Partner for Strategic Workforce Planning and Business Process Analyst for Bentley Investments, where responsibilities included validating global revenue bookings and ensuring billing accuracy. Prior to Bentley Systems, Kremena worked at ATX Communications from 2000 to 2007 as a Business Analyst for Corporate Development, focusing on expense analysis and cost-saving initiatives. Kremena holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of National and World Economy, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
