Samara Whiting-King

Samara Whiting-King is an experienced professional in digital experience and customer-centric design, currently serving as the Director of Digital Experience at Bentley Systems since July 2024. Previously, Samara held the position of Director of Experience Design at Seequent, leading teams focused on UX, UI, and customer insights to enhance meaningful interactions through technology. Samara's extensive career also includes strategic leadership roles at Xero, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing significant digital transformation initiatives and formulating customer lifecycle strategies. Additional experience includes key positions at Kiwibank, Housing New Zealand Corporation, and the New Zealand Ministry of Justice, with a strong foundation in service design and customer experience frameworks. Samara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington.
