Kaila Jeffreys

Kaila Jeffreys (Swyer) is a Project Manager at Beon Energy Solutions, with a robust background in managing Microgrid and Substation Automation projects, including the delivery of commercial scale Battery Energy Storage Systems and service management of various energy solutions. Previously, Kaila served as a Senior Project Manager at Blue Power Partners and as a Project Manager at ABB Australia, where responsibilities included leading local and international project deliveries and service contracts in renewable energy systems. Additionally, Kaila has a strong foundation in engineering with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong and has experience in teaching swimming and water safety.
