Michael Flowers

Michael Flowers has extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Berea College since January 2017 and as a Member of the National Academy of Construction since October 2015. Flowers held various senior roles at American Bridge Company, including CEO from April 1994 to May 2016 and Senior Advisor from January 2017 to July 2019. Additional responsibilities included serving as Project Director for significant projects such as the San Francisco Oakland Bay Self-Anchored-Suspension Bridge. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
