Saurav Chakrabarti is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR business partnering and corporate HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Zonal Human Resources Business Partner and TA Lead at Berger Paints India, Saurav has previously held senior management positions at L&T Financial Services and Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Saurav began the career as an HR intern at Cognizant and has also completed an MBA in HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, where participation in operations teams at AGON and IGNATIA provided valuable experience.
