Paul Watts

Paul Watts is an experienced professional in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Toolroom & Process Manager at BERICAP since April 2015. Previously, Paul held the position of Mould Engineering Manager at Constar UK from September 2008 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing the Toolroom related to PET and Closure moulds and sourcing moulds and spare parts from European and Asian suppliers. Paul began their career at BERICAP (formerly Parsons Brothers) in November 1988, working for nearly 20 years in various roles including Toolroom Manager, where foundational skills were developed through a four-year Toolmaking Apprenticeship and subsequent experience in toolmaking and process optimization.
