Mark Kelley

Mark Kelley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and business development. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Beringer Capital since November 2024, Kelley is also the Founding Funder of the Triangle Tweener Fund, which focuses on scaling high-tech businesses in the Triangle region. In addition, Kelley advises Zero Copy Labs, a provider of software engineering services, and holds the position of Principal at PROTRACK MARKETING LLC, investing in multifamily real estate. Previously, Kelley was the Head of Growth at Oshyn and a Partner & Chief Growth Officer at Blue Acorn iCi, where significant revenue and employee growth were achieved. Kelley contributed to the North Carolina Technology Association as a Board Of Advisors member. Academic credentials include an MBA with dual concentrations from NC State Poole College of Management and a BA in History from North Carolina State University.
