Tom Pocock

Tom Pocock has over 17 years of experience in the real estate development sector, currently serving as Managing Director for Berkeley St Edward London at Berkeley Group Plc since April 2006. Tom has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Managing Director positions focused on Central London and land planning. Responsibilities have included acquiring land and securing planning permissions across Central and West London, contributing to significant projects such as Ebury Square in Belgravia. Tom began their career at BOC as a Finance Graduate after earning a BSc Hons in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton. Early education was completed at Torquay Boys' Grammar School.
