Jens Osterhoff

Jens Osterhoff is a distinguished physicist with extensive experience in plasma acceleration and particle physics. Currently serving as the Deputy Director at the BELLA Center at Berkeley Lab since January 2024, Jens previously held the position of Lead Scientist at DESY from 2013 to 2023, where leadership encompassed the Plasma Accelerator R&D Department and involvement in the Helmholtz Association's Accelerator Research and Development.
