Lauren Walters

Lauren Walters, PhD, currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Berkeley Lab, focusing on high performance computing to model the microphase separation of copolymer systems. Previous experience includes conducting research at Northwestern University and serving as a MATLAB Teaching Assistant and Researcher at Case Western Reserve University. Notable projects involved synthesizing block copolymer aerogels and manipulating cellular microenvironments at institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Education includes a PhD in Materials Science and a Master's degree in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and Case Western Reserve University, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Macromolecular Science and Engineering and an Associate degree in Engineering.
