Paul Brady

Paul Brady is an experienced operations and business manager with a robust background in the healthcare and retail industries. Currently serving as Operations Director at Berkley Care Group since July 2022, Paul previously held roles including Regional Operations Director and General Manager at Bupa from July 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included commissioning a new £50 million retirement village. Paul also owned and operated Johnston Brady Ltd from November 2002 to July 2017, focusing on customer service, team development, and marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes managing various Safeway stores, where Paul was responsible for financial performance and key performance indicators from April 1988 to April 2004.
