Joe Sullivan

Joe Sullivan currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at W. R. Berkley Corporation, a role occupied since January 2019. Prior to this, Joe served as President of Berkley Re America from April 2015 to January 2019 and held dual titles of President and Chief Operating Officer at Facultative ReSources, Inc. from October 2010 to April 2015. Joe's earlier experience includes key roles at Aspen Re as SVP Treaty and Head of Casualty Facultative, and at Swiss Re as National Casualty Facultative Manager. Joe also worked at Zurich Re as Boston Branch Manager, National Re as Casualty Facultative Underwriter, and Commercial Union as Commercial Lines Underwriter. Joe earned a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
