Irene Tsu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry and the entertainment sector. Currently serving as a Senior International Real Estate Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties since January 2015, Irene Tsu has over 30 years of experience in marketing homes and assisting buyers in the Los Angeles area, particularly in luxury estates and various Westside communities. Notably recognized as a Chairman's Circle-Platinum Broker Associate, Irene possesses deep knowledge of local neighborhoods and the intricacies of real estate transactions. Additionally, Irene is a member of SAG-AFTRA and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, having had a successful career as a professional actor and voice-over artist. Prior real estate roles include serving as International Estates Director at Coldwell Banker Previews. Earlier in the career, Irene founded and led The IT Company/Irene Tsu Designs, which specialized in designing high-end ladies' active and leisure wear. Irene Tsu holds an Associate's Degree in Cinema and Philosophy from Los Angeles City College and a degree from UCLA.
