Dillon Shores

Dillon Shores is a Business Analyst at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies in the Workers Compensation Division, starting in January 2024, with a focus on driving profitable change through the elicitation and documentation of business requirements. Previously, Dillon served as Head Waiter at Champions Run from September 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included creating a standardized server training manual and providing high-quality customer service. Additionally, Dillon worked as Youth Director at Tribe Church (Omaha), leading a team to expand a youth ministry and coordinate events, and held the position of Shift Lead and Back of House at Chick-fil-A from July 2017 to December 2018, overseeing staff operations. Dillon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as a high school diploma from Millard South High School.
