Ludovic Ruiller

Ludovic Ruiller currently serves as the Head of Environmental France at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since September 2019. Prior to this role, Ludovic was the Director of Environmental Risks Underwriting for France and Benelux at XL Catlin from February 2017 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes a position at AIG Europe Limited from June 2008 to February 2017, where Ludovic was responsible for environmental risk insurance underwriting and managed a team of three underwriters. Ludovic began the career at GIE ASSURPOL ASSURANCE POLLUTION as an Environmental Risk Underwriting Engineer and also held a position as a Studies Engineer at GES, focusing on environmental research and consulting. Ludovic holds an engineering degree in Environment from UniLaSalle Rennes and a DEUG in Natural Sciences and Eco-Ethology from the University of Rennes I.
