Will Field

Will Field is a Private Equity Associate at Berkshire Partners since May 2023, previously serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2020 to July 2022. Field has extensive experience in investment and private equity roles, including positions as an Executive Board Member and Group Head with the Yale Student Investment Group from October 2016 to May 2020, and internships at Goldman Sachs, Hill Path Capital, and Susquehanna Growth Equity. Field holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Yale University, completed in 2020, and graduated from The Shipley School in 2016.
