Kasee Godwin is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the AVP of Marketing at Berkshire Residential Investments since June 2024, Kasee previously held the position of Head of Marketing at Qira, where responsibilities included branding, communications, public relations, and lead generation. Earlier roles as Marketing Lead at Updater and Marketing Director at Alliance Residential Company involved strategic marketing initiatives, team leadership, and management of multimillion-dollar budgets. Kasee’s career began at AMLI Residential as a Marketing Manager and includes experience in media management at Cox Media Group and CUMULUS MEDIA. Kasee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia Southern University.
