Konstanze Pflüger

Konstanze Pflüger has extensive experience in communications and public relations, currently serving as the Leiterin der Stabsstelle Kommunikation at the Berlin Institute of Health in der Charité since January 2024. Prior roles include VP Communications at Data4Life, where responsibilities encompassed internal and external communications for a non-profit organization, and Director of Communications at Heartbeat Labs GmbH, overseeing corporate communications and media relations. Additional experience includes interim leadership positions in communications for Heal Capital and BIT Capital, as well as significant roles at Project A Ventures, where consulting and PR strategies for portfolio companies were emphasized. Konstanze Pflüger holds a Master of Arts in Sprache & Kommunikation from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Kulturwissenschaften from European-University Viadrina.
