Carolynn Rouse

Carolynn Rouse is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for Bernalillo County since September 2021. Prior to this role, Carolynn held positions including Senior Employment Specialist and Administrative Officer at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center. Carolynn's career began with various administrative roles, advancing from Administrative Assistant at Bernalillo County to Senior Office Assistant at the City of Las Cruces, and IOS Technical Advisor at Volt. Educationally, Carolynn is pursuing a Master of Arts in Communication at Eastern New Mexico University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice and an Associate of Arts in Criminology from the same institution and Central New Mexico Community College, respectively.
