Ken Martinez

Ken Martinez has extensive legal and legislative experience, currently serving as the Bernalillo County Attorney since December 2015. Prior to this role, Ken served in the New Mexico Legislature from 1999 to July 2016, holding key positions such as Chair of the House Judiciary, House Majority Leader, and Speaker of the House. Additionally, Ken practiced law at the Walter K. Martinez Law Office from August 1984 to November 2015. Ken earned a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School from 1981 to 1984.
