Gabriel Castro

Gabriel Castro is a Senior Associate at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, leading the Los Angeles Office and the Sports and Entertainment Practice Group since July 2021. With extensive experience in immigration law, Gabriel represents major sports franchises, talent agencies, and multinational Fortune 500 companies in various visa petitions, including O, P, EB-1, PERM, H, L, and TN applications. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Tafapolsky & Smith LLP and Haight Law Group, PLC, where responsibilities involved managing large caseloads and representing clients in fast-paced environments. Gabriel also served as Directing Attorney at Catholic Charities of Los Angeles and as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice, advising Immigration Judges and overseeing legal interns. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama.
