Lisa Paradis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in assurance, tax, and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Business Development and Strategy Lead for Parks & Recreation at BerryDunn since August 2019, Lisa excels in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development. Known as a consultant, speaker, trainer, and facilitator, Lisa works with numerous organizations to drive bold and courageous action. Prior roles include Vice President and Principal at 110% Inc. and CEO of ThinkCreate Consulting, alongside a significant tenure as Director at Brookline Recreation. Lisa holds both a BA and an MBA in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts.
